1. Services

Ruiz3DHouse provides custom 3D printing services including prototyping, small batch production, and custom design printing. All services are subject to technical feasibility and material availability.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders require upfront payment or deposit. Pricing is based on material usage, complexity, and turnaround time. Rush orders incur additional charges. Payment is due before production begins.

3. File Requirements

Customers must provide printable files in STL, OBJ, or 3MF format. Files must be manifold and print-ready. Design assistance is available for additional fees. We reserve the right to refuse files that are unprintable or inappropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their designs. By submitting files, customers grant us license to print and fulfill orders. We will not reproduce or distribute customer designs without permission. Customers are responsible for ensuring they own rights to submitted designs.

5. Quality and Materials

We strive for high quality but cannot guarantee perfection. 3D printing has inherent limitations including layer lines, support marks, and material properties. Material specifications are approximate. We are not liable for material failures or design limitations.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to equipment issues, material availability, or order complexity. Rush orders receive priority but are subject to availability.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss transfers upon shipment. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage during transit. Local pickup is available during business hours.

8. Returns and Refunds

Custom printed items are non-returnable unless defective due to our error. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed item. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages. Products are not suitable for safety-critical applications unless specifically agreed in writing.

10. Prohibited Uses

We will not print weapons, illegal items, copyrighted materials without permission, or items intended to harm others. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

11. Privacy

We protect customer information and do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders. Customer files are kept confidential and deleted after order completion unless otherwise requested.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers.
